Health Benefits of Glutathione inherent in Cellgevity

Glutathione is a peptide found in plants and animals. It is a powerful antioxidant produced by the liver to protect the body against free radicals, peroxides, and heavy metals. Glutathione also eliminates poisons such as drugs and pollutants from our bodies.

Low glutathione levels have been associated with higher risks of cancer, Type 2 diabetes, hepatitis, and Parkinson’s disease. You can take glutathione as a supplement or boost glutathione production in the body. Taking Cellgevity supplements which contains RiboCeine, curcumin, selenium, vitamin C, and vitamin E can help the liver create glutathione. Sulfur-containing foods like meat and certain vegetables can also boost production.

Health Benefits

Glutathione is essential for the immune system’s proper functioning and is vital in building and repairing tissue. It acts as an important antioxidant, which helps protect your body from damage to cells caused by free radicals.

Also, glutathione can provide health benefits like:

Coronary Endothelial Dysfunction

Endothelial cells are responsible for controlling the relaxation and contraction of blood vessels, and the dilation and constriction of arteries affect blood pressure. People with or without atherosclerosis can develop a type of cardiovascular condition where endothelial cells become damaged and no longer function properly, increasing the risk arrhythmia and stroke.

One study examined how glutathione can help reduce blood pressure in people with coronary endothelial dysfunction. Participants who received glutathione infusions saw increased blood vessel diameter and blood flow, which together significantly reduce coronary risk factors.

Preterm Infant Lung Health

Low glutathione levels are a contributing factor in the development of chronic lung disease. Some preterm infants are unable to produce enough glutathione, increasing their risk of having persistent lung problems.

One study used an intratracheal administration of glutathione to raise levels in preterm infants. The treatment increased glutathione levels to more than four times that of the levels before treatment. Results showed a lowering of oxidative stress markers, which are indicators of an imbalance between antioxidants and free radicals. This lowering of oxidative stress significantly reduced the risks of treated infants developing subsequent lung disease.

Chronic Ear Infections

Many children are plagued with chronic infections of the ear, which can cause stress and sleepless nights for many parents. Glutathione offers hope as a possible treatment for chronic ear infections.

Sixty children participated in a clinical trial to determine glutathione’s effectiveness in reducing the incidence of ear infections. After receiving daily doses of aerosol glutathione administered nasally for two weeks, 66% of the treatment group reported significant improvement. This study suggests that glutathione could be a promising alternative to surgery.

Cystic Fibrosis

Thirty thousand children and adults have cystic fibrosis, a disease where the body overproduces mucus. This disease affects the digestive system, the pancreas, and lung function.

Researchers determined that glutathione can help alleviate the symptoms of cystic fibrosis. For eight weeks, study subjects received daily treatments of inhaled glutathione or a placebo, using a nebulizer to turn liquid medicine into a mist, which makes it easy to inhale. The treatment group showed a significant increase in measured peak expiratory airflow — the amount of air they exhaled. Also, people who were part of the glutathione treatment study reported improvement in their cough frequency, mucus production, stamina, and general wellness.

Glutathione is Fundamental to Our Physical Well-being

Glutathione is the primary protector of our cells. It recycles and helps restore other anti-oxidants, earning it the title of Master Antioxidant. It is the first line of defense against our cells’ most violent attackers, namely free radicals, chemical toxins, radiation and heavy metals that enter our bodies through the environment and the foods and liquids we consume. As the subject of over 150,000 peer-reviewed studies cited in PubMed.com, the importance of glutathione cannot be understated.

Our Glutathione Levels are Decreasing.

Unfortunately, our Glutathione levels are depleted as we age. The older we get, the harder it is to maintain optimum Glutathione levels. This means our cells don’t work as well and our overall health and wellness pay the price.

Our bodies don’t have to fight on their own. Certain vitamins and nutrients have been shown to assist in Glutathione function and production. The key is finding ways to effectively support our bodies’ Glutathione levels. Unfortunately, we can’t just take Glutathione; we need to find ways to help our bodies produce it naturally. Max’s proprietary RiboCeine™, technology is the solution for effective supplementation for optimal Glutathione production.

RiboCeine™

Scientists and medical doctors have known for decades that Glutathione, which is produced by the body itself, is one of the primary protector and detoxifier of the cell. However, under oxidative stress conditions, the Glutathione levels become depleted. Also, from near the age of forty, the body’s ability to produce Glutathione decreases gradually, then more rapidly over time. For years, medical scientists have looked for ways to effectively raise the levels of Glutathione. At one time, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) was the only supplement available to enhance the body’s supply of cysteine to enable the production of Glutathione. However, Dr. Herbert T. Nagasawa was able to develop a revolutionary molecule known as RiboCeine that effectively delivers cysteine to the cell to support the natural production of Glutathione–for which Max International was awarded a U.S. Patent.

Scientific and Patented Technology

RiboCeine is a unique molecule that combines ribose and cysteine, nutrients that occur naturally in our bodies. RiboCeine once ingested will be absorbed, enters the bloodstream and delivers cysteine and ribose to the cells, supporting glutathione production as well as providing ribose, an integral part of ATP, our cells’ natural fuel and source of energy. RiboCeine significantly outperformed other means of glutathione enhancement against which it has been tested. It has been the subject of many scientific studies funded by the National Institutes of Health or other scientific funding agencies and published in peer-reviewed journals.
